Two organisations sharing one installation
Elearn4business developed a bespoke LMS named 'Insight Learning' which allows staff from both organisations to access targeted resources and courses, to support ongoing CPD and onboarding for new starters, all under one roof.

Our client has in the region of 1,500 members of staff and represents two registered charities, established to provide, and promote community sport, recreational and arts services, cultural facilities along with 35 Family Centres.
How did we help?
Previously running two separate LMS platforms, Elearn4business were commissioned by our client to upgrade both platforms, enabling the workforce to access their learning from a single location. Through our consultancy service we configured the multi-tenancy feature, which enabled us to keep both organisations separated so that users in one tenant cannot see the users in another.
Each tenant has its own users, hierarchies, roles, dynamic rules, theme settings, reports, and learning entities (courses, programs, and certifications). Tenants can be different organisations, different sites or departments.
The solution added a host of new features specifically designed for the needs of our client. We developed and implemented a solution, customised to map more closely to our clients' internal workflows and more accurately meet their L&D needs. The package included training and ongoing support.
