  • What can an LMS admin do?

    In addition to LMS upkeep, LMS admins can enrol new learners, track professional development and manage custom reports, among other purposes.

  • What insights are available to LMS admins?

    Reports can be automated or manually generated by admins to view learner activity, progress, completion rates and much more. 

  • Do you provide help with setting up LMS reports?

    Yes, absolutely, our support team are available to guide you through reporting setup during onboarding.

  • What kind of LMS pricing do you offer?

    With so many LMS pricing models and options available, it can be a bit overwhelming to try and figure out which one is right for you. 


    That's why we take a tailored approach to our pricing and provide a transaprent quote based on your needs. We look at e.g., the number of learners you have and potential usage patterns.


    That way, you don't pay for more than you need and also have a learning partner that's ready to scale with you as you grow.

  • Can you help us switch from another LMS provider?

    Yes, the process will be easier if your existing LMS is SCORM compliant. Just put us in touch with your IT department (or current supplier) and we can work with them for a smooth transition.

  • How long does it take to implement the LMS?

    Good question. Our chosen LMS is a SCORM compliant learning management system that supports xAPI , allowing you to import existing courses with ease. The time taken for implementation depends on a number of factors, but we can give you an accurate timeline once we have some basic information from you.

  • Does your LMS enable branded design?

    Your new site will come with a professionally branded interface in accordance with your organisation’s visual identity incl. logo, image, messaging and more to engage learners with a more personalised experience.

Bespoke course development & design FAQs

  • Am I able to build and add my own content in your LMS?

    Yes, you can create and upload your own content. 

  • Do you offer industry specific courses as opposed to just generic courses?

    Yes, we will happily look to adapt any of our ready-to-roll courses to suit your business.

  • Can we just outsource bespoke development to you as we have our own LMS?

    Yes, we will work with you to develop a course from the ground up, following our tried and tested development process.

  • Do you have subject leads who can help with course script writing?

    Quite often we work with clients internal subject leads, though yes, we have a trusted network of subject leads with relevant industry experience who we can call upon.

  • How much does it cost to have a bespoke e-learning course built?

    We know from experience and industry insights that the average cost to build a bespoke e-learning course is £4,000, depending on the length and visual complexity. 


    When you are considering your budget for having a course built, we help by offering a complimantary exploratory conversation, reviewing any existing content you may have. 


    Once we have addressed the content requirements, we will be best placed to provide you with a tailored quote. 


Systems, skills training & support FAQs

  • Do we need to involve our IT department?

    We have delivered complete LMS environments for clients without any involvement from the IT department as well as implementations where a client has requested their IT department be involved at all stages of the design, development and roll out.

  • Does your LMS support SSO integration?

    Yes, our LMS  supports the following SSO integrations:


    • SAML 2.0
    • LDAPS (OpenID Connect/OAuth)
  • Does your LMS integrate with APIs?

    Yes, there are many options available for integrations including:


    • Integrates  with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, to allow users to initiate meetings from within the LMS.
    • To office software tools including Microsoft Office 365 or Google’s G-Suite to streamline document sharing and submission.
    • Two-way sharing of data between your LMS and popular CRM, HR, accounting and management information systems.
  • What happens during systems training?

    When you go through your systems training with us, you can expect to be actively involved throughout the session with opportunities to interact with and explore the platform. We will ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required, to deliver your content and manage your platform.

  • Do you offer ongoing support?

    Yes, absolutely. Whatever your issue, we will be able to guide you through it. Our support services are designed to allow your administrator to access our expertise by contacting our helpdesk for administrative, technical and general how-to queries.

  • Do you offer a course demo of your ready-to-roll courses?

    Yes, you are welcome to trial any of our ready-to-roll courses before you commit to making a purchase. Please get in touch and let us know which courses are of interest.

  • What e-learning content libraries do you offer?

    We offer a suite of our own curated courses and also offer turn-key integrations with other 3rd party providers offering over 100 titles.

  • How quickly can my team get up and running with your e-learning content?

    With our support you can get your team up and learning from day-one. 

  • Can we have access to all of your ready-to-roll courses?

    Yes, all our ready-to-roll courses can be made available.

  • Can we add your ready-to-roll courses to our existing learning platform?

    Yes, all of our ready-to-roll courses are SCORM compliant and we will work with you to ensure they are compatible with your learning platform.
